Ride Requests and Driver Bids Ride prices may be offered by passengers and adjusted through driver bids where applicable. Availability depends on nearby drivers, service type, and demand. 3. Payments and Charges Applicable fares, fees, and cancellation charges (if any) are shown in the app at the time of booking or confirmation. 4. User Conduct Users must comply with all applicable laws and must not misuse the platform, impersonate others, or engage in abusive, unsafe, or fraudulent behavior. 5. Driver Responsibilities Drivers are responsible for maintaining valid documents, vehicle compliance, and safe operation. Raah may suspend accounts that do not meet platform standards. 6. Limitation of Liability Raah facilitates connections between riders and drivers. To the extent permitted by law, Raah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use. 7. Service Changes Raah may update features, pricing logic, and these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
